Sample code of how to display an XML document in a treeview. This uses both my own
oriniginal XML(1) parser and/or the Alaska ASXML parser (builds an executable for each).
As a simple excercise, you could convert the source to utilise XML(2) - it
shouldn't be too difficult :-)
