This is a complete application which implements Joe's PrintScreen routine
as a TaskTray application to capture PrntScrn and Alt-PrntScrn keys and saves
the screen images to *.bmp files.

Here's the latest version of my PrintScreen Class. This version can be
run as a standalone or can be used strictly within an App. If it's started as
a service, It makes itself available to any process.
