This is some sample code which shows how ASINET and HRF can be used to download a web page and
decompose it to extract some data. The data in this case is a link to a file and the date the
file was last updated. If the update is newer than the current local copy, the link is used to
download the file and save it to a unique filename.
This is only a sample, and doesn't go anywhere near as far as WIS does, but it shows how some
of WIS's functionality can be reproduced.
