This is a demonstration of using the Hyperlink() method of the piDialogue class. It also
demonstrates use of the WinAPIOpen() function in PrinterAPI.DLL, which uses Windows file
associations to use an external application to open a document.
The supplied demo shows links for an RTF file, a Web URL and a PDF document.
