This is an example of using the hash class (XbHash). It oads a plain text file and indexes
each word in the file. It displays the file in an RTF editor (readonly). You can select a word
from the combobox, or just type one in. The display will update and the selected word will
be highlighted wherever it appears (you may have to scroll the page if the word is not currently
visible).
