Want to have bitmaps displayed to the left of your dialogue's sub-menu captions?
Now you can. Add two lines of code to your source, add one file to your project
makefile, and all you have to do then is add a single parameter to the
XbpMenu():addItem() method (plus link in some bitmaps to display of course!).
It couldn't be easier - works transparently, doesn't care whether your menu's
use bitmaps or not, caters for single items having or not having bitmaps.

Visenti of another developers work. The name of the original developer has been lost
in the great bit-bucket-in-the-sky. Anyone want to own up?
All I have done is encapsulate this work in such a manner as
it becomes as transparent and versatile to use as possible.
